Regarding global logistics, international orders typically undergo a processing and transit period of two to five weeks, depending on the efficiency of local customs clearance procedures. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all address data is submitted accurately. Please be advised that FedEx applies a $15.00 administrative fee for any address corrections, refusals, or redirections—including minor zip code errors—which will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Import duties and taxes. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs brokerage fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in your order total and are collected by the carrier or customs authority at or after delivery. As the importer of record, the recipient is responsible for paying them. Refused or returned shipments are refunded less original shipping and any return or abandonment fees charged by the carrier.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
